At 0G Mentality, we keep this simple: we collect the information we need to take your order, get it to your door, and stay in touch when you want us to — and nothing we'd be uncomfortable explaining to you in person. This policy lays out exactly what we collect, why, who we work with, and the control you have over your data.

Who we are
0G Mentality is a US-based direct-to-consumer apparel brand. Our store runs on Shopify, and we ship apparel and accessories within the United States and internationally. This policy covers 0gmentality.com and any checkout, email, or support interaction connected to it.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, and account login details if you create one; shipping and billing addresses; order details such as what you bought, sizes, and colorways; anything you send us in a support message, review, or survey; and your marketing preferences.
Payment information. When you check out, your card or payment details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure system. We do not see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and the card networks behind it; we receive only confirmation of payment and limited details like the last four digits and card type.
Information collected automatically. Like most online stores, we use cookies and similar technologies to remember your cart, keep you logged in, understand how the site is used, and measure our marketing. This includes your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies that make the cart, checkout, and account login work; analytics (Google Analytics 4) to see which products and pages people actually use; and advertising and measurement tools (the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel) to measure whether our ads work. Where required by law, we'll ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your mind anytime through our cookie settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable.
How we use your information
To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders; to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and service messages; to handle returns, exchanges, and customer support; to send marketing emails when you've opted in — and to stop the moment you opt out; to understand what's working on our site; and to prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations. A portion of every sale goes to education, relief, and community projects in Palestine — that commitment does not require or involve sharing your personal information.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it with the service providers who make the store run, and only for that purpose: Shopify (e-commerce and checkout), payment processors (to charge your card securely), our email platform Klaviyo (to send emails you've signed up for), analytics and advertising partners (Google GA4, Meta, and TikTok), and shipping carriers (to deliver your order). We may also disclose information if the law requires it or in connection with a business transfer. Some advertising activity may count as "sharing" or "selling" under certain state laws — you can opt out below.
Your rights and choices
If you're in California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you're in the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction (GDPR-style), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and to data portability, and you can withdraw consent anytime. How long we keep your data
We keep your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you service, then only as long as necessary to meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention requirements. Order records are typically retained for several years. When we no longer need your data, we delete or anonymize it.
Children's privacy
Our store is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email privacy@0gmentality.com and we'll delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, and our core systems (Shopify and our payment processors) maintain commercial-grade, PCI-compliant security. No method of transmission over the internet is ever fully secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can access it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. If the changes are significant, we'll do our best to give you a heads-up.
