Returns & Exchanges
Fit should never be the reason you don't reach for your favorite piece. So we've built returns the way we'd want them as customers — exchanges are free and easy, and getting the right size shouldn't cost you anything but a few minutes.
The short version
Free exchanges and size swaps within the US. 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original condition. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Free exchanges and size swaps
If your piece doesn't fit the way you hoped, we'll exchange it — and we'll cover the shipping on your first exchange within the United States. Pick a new size, or swap to a different colorway of equal value. We'll get the replacement moving as soon as your original is on its way back to us.
Our return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return or exchange. After 30 days we generally can't accept the item, but if something's gone wrong, email us — we'd rather talk than turn you away.
Condition
To keep things fair and hygienic for everyone, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, makeup, or wear, in original condition with all tags attached. A note on hijabs and headwear: for hygiene reasons, hijabs, kufis, under-caps, and other headwear can only be returned or exchanged if they're unworn, unwashed, and still sealed or tagged in their original packaging. If headwear arrives damaged or defective, that's on us.
How to start a return or exchange
Email returns@0gmentality.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send you a prepaid label or instructions, plus a confirmation of your exchange or refund. Pack the item securely and send it back within the window. We'll email you the moment it arrives and is processed.
Refunds — method and timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Final-sale items
Items marked final sale — typically limited drops, deeply discounted pieces, and certain accessories — can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We'll always make it clear on the product page when something is final sale.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing, we'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, your call. Email returns@0gmentality.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. This applies to everything, including headwear and final-sale items.
International returns
We accept returns and exchanges on international orders within the same 30-day window and condition requirements. For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Duties or taxes you paid at delivery are typically not refundable by us. Email returns@0gmentality.com before sending anything back.
