Shipping Policy

We ship apparel and accessories across the United States and around the world. Here's exactly what to expect after you hit checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. During limited drops and launches, processing can take a little longer — we'll always note it on the site.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, chosen based on your location and the speed you select. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Standard shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your order and destination. Free standard shipping on US orders over $150. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout.

International shipping

We ship to most countries, with rates calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs. Duties and taxes: international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by your country. These are not included in your order total or our shipping charge, and they're the customer's responsibility.

Delivery estimates

The timeframes above are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves us, it's in the carrier's hands, and customs or weather can add time on international orders.

Delays, lost, or stolen packages

If tracking stalls or your package doesn't arrive when expected, give it a couple of business days, then email us at hello@0gmentality.com and we'll help track it down. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier to make it right with a replacement or refund. For packages marked delivered but not received, we'll help you investigate, though we can't take responsibility for theft after a confirmed delivery.

Address accuracy

Double-check your shipping address before you order. We're not able to change an address once an order is in fulfillment, and we can't cover packages lost due to an incorrect address.
