Terms of Service
Welcome to 0G Mentality. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use our website or buy from us. By using 0gmentality.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
0G Mentality ("we," "us," "our") is a US-based apparel brand operating through 0gmentality.com on the Shopify platform. "You" means anyone who visits the site or places an order.
Your account
You don't need an account to browse, but you may need one to check out or track orders. If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself and let us know if you suspect someone else is using it. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (generally 18) to buy from us.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send an order confirmation email to acknowledge we received it — but that confirmation is not yet our acceptance. Your order is accepted, and the contract formed, when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, we spot a pricing or product error, we can't verify your payment or address, we suspect fraud, or the order appears to be from a reseller. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Pricing and errors
All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and don't include shipping, duties, or taxes, which are shown or calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with the wrong information, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation. If your card was charged and we cancel for this reason, we'll refund you.
Shipping, returns, and exchanges
How we ship, what it costs, and how to return or exchange an item are covered in our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Those policies are part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The 0G mark, the "0G Mentality" brand language, the 0G FLUX name, our logos, product designs, photography, text, and the look and feel of the site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product — not a license to our brand.
Acceptable use
Please don't use our site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, introduce malware, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's operation, or buy products to resell in a way that disrupts availability for genuine customers. If you submit content to us — a review, a photo, a comment — you confirm it's yours to share and you give us permission to use it in connection with our brand and marketing.
Disclaimers and warranties
We stand behind the quality of what we make, and we'll always make it right if something arrives defective or not as described. Beyond that, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied. Performance and recovery features of our products (such as compression and bioceramic technologies) are designed to support your training — they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 0G Mentality won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 0G Mentality and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here takes away any consumer rights you have under the laws of your home country that can't be waived by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our business evolves. The current version will always live on this page with its date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
